胃镜检查中应激反应的观察

目的对患者在进行胃镜检查过程中出现的应激反应进行观察,并针对应激反应进行护理。方法对在该院行胃镜检查的130例患者的临床诊治资料进行分析,分别观察患者在实施检查前后和检查过程中,对患者的心率、呼吸以及血压等指标。结果130例患者在实施胃镜检查过程中出现应激反应的有70例,占53．84％;出现应激反应的患者在实施检查前后以及检查过程中,其心率、呼吸以及血压等指标经比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论胃镜检查会使患者产生一定的应激反应,因此在实施胃镜检查时要加强对患者应激反应的护理,提高胃镜检查成功率。

Observation on the Stress Reactions During Gastroscopy

Objective To observe the stress response in patients during the process of gastroscopy, and give care for the stress re- sponse. Methods The clinical data of 130 patients underwent gastroscopy in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Indexes such as heart rate, respiration and blood pressure of the patients were observed before gastroscopy, in gastroscopy and after gas- troscopy, respectively. Results Of the 130 cases of patients, 70 cases had stress reactions during the process of gastroscopy, ac- counting for 53.84%, and the differences between the indexes of whom such as heart rate, respiration and blood pressure were sig- nificant, By comparison, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients may have certain stress reactions during gastroscopy, therefore the nursing given to the patients with stress reactions in gastroseopy should be strengthened so as to improve the success rate of gastroscopy.
