| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和总结老年患者全髋关节置换的围术期护理措施。方法对我院收治的86例行全髋关节置换术的老年患者随机分为传统护理组和康复护理组,传统护理组采用一般专科护理措施,康复护理组在围手术期采取科学合理的整体护理和早期康复干预。结果康复护理组患者的术后恢复和治疗效果明显优于传统护理组的患者。结论对老年全髋关节置换患者的围术期采取科学合理的整体护理和早期康复干预,能有效促进患者功能恢复,提高术后患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore and summarize in elderly patients undergoing total hip replacement perioperative nursing measures. Methods Our hospital 86 cases of total hip replacement in elderly patients were randomly divided into the conventional nursing group and rehabilitation group, the traditional nursing group with general nursing measures, the rehabilitation nursing group take scientific and reasonable nursing and early rehabilitation Fugan pre during peri operation period. Results The rehabilitation nursing group of patients with postoperative recovery and traditional nursing group was obviously better than that of treatment of patients. Conclusion The proper nursing and early rehabilitation intervention on elderly patients with total hip replacement perioperative, can effectively promote the functional recovery of patients, raise quality of life in patients with postoperative. |
