| 摘 要： | 目的研究分析小儿高热惊厥的临床护理体会。方法择取在2012年7月至2013年7月期间在我院接受治疗的51例高热惊厥患儿,充分给予合理的护理干预。结果本组患儿在住院后的515 d痊愈出院,出院2个月后随访可知,其中有8例患儿再次发生上呼吸道的感染伴有发热,患儿体温在3815 d痊愈出院,出院2个月后随访可知,其中有8例患儿再次发生上呼吸道的感染伴有发热,患儿体温在3839.5℃,未有再次出现惊厥的现象,在门诊治愈。其余患儿均正常。结论对患儿予以合理的护理干预,可以有效改善患儿的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objectlve To analyze the clinical experience of nursing care of children with febrile convulsion research. Methods 51 patients with febrile convulsion selection during 2012.07-2013.07 in our hospital, nursing intervention and reasonable fully. Results In this group, the children in the hospital 5-15 days after cured, after followed up for 2 months showed that discharge, including 8 cases of upper respiratory tract infection occurred again accompanied by fever, infant body temperature at 38-39.5 degrees celsius, no convulsions again, in the clinic cure. All other patients were normal. Conclusion Nursing intervention on quality of life in children with reasonable, can effectively improve children＇s. |
