方形波电容偶合电场促进骨折愈合的实验研究

摘    要:提要报道了应用方形波电容偶合电场(CCEF)骨折治疗仪促进骨折愈合的动物实验,并与Brighton报道的正弦波电容偶合电场进行了比较。手术造成兔双侧桡骨骨折模型。通过组织学切片观察、凹环素标记荧光显微镜观察、骨痂形态计量学测定及力学抗折试验。结果表明方形波电容偶合电场的促进成骨及提高骨抗折强度的作用明显优于正弦波组和对照组。本实验还对CCEF促进骨折愈合的机理进行了探讨。

Abstract:Stimulative effects of square-wave capacitive coupling electric field (CCEF) on fracture healing were studied by animal experiment, and compared with those of sine-wave CCEF reported by Brighton, Bilateral radial fracture models of New Zealond white rabbits were mode by surgery,and the fracture healing was stimulated by square-wave CCEF. The results of histological and tetracyline-label fluorescence-microscopic observations on the tissue slides,measurement determinotion of the callus and mechonical banding test showed that the stimulative effects of squarewave CCEF on osteogenesis and and antifracture strength were signlficantly higher than those of sine-wave CCEF and the control groups. The mechanism of CCEF stimulating fracture healing Is explored in the paper.
