从体表胃电频谱改变探讨糖尿病与脾虚证的关系

观测了２０４序列糖尿病患者及２１６序列对照组健康人体表胃电动态频谱。结果显示：糖尿病胃热组空腹胃电活跃期的百分序列数及活动指数倾向增高，而餐后１０－２０ｍｉｎ胃电达最大活动量的百分例数低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；脾虚组餐后１０－２０ｍｉｎ胃电达最大活动量的百分例数及餐后１０ｍｉｎ最大活动量均数均低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）．表明糖尿病患者空腹胃运动偏亢或正常，但食荷反应则均延缓而减弱，此改变与脾虚证患者的胃电频谱异常相一致。提示糖尿病脾虚的存在，并与糖尿病植物神经交性有关。

Study on the relationship between diabetes and spleen deficiency syndrome with electrogastrogram spectrum

In this research, 204 series of diabetic patients and 216 series of healthy subjects(control group)wereobserved in surface electrogastrogram(EGG)running frequency spectrum. The results showed that the per-centage and action index of active series in fasting EGG were higher,while the percentage of electrogastricactivity reaching peak value 10-20 min after meal test were lower(P<0. 05)in the stomach heat group(diabetes with stomach heat)than that in the control group. The percentage of electrogastric activityreaching peak value 10-20 min after meal and the mean peak value in 10 min after meal were both lower inthe spleen deficiency group(diabetes with spleen deficiency)than that in the control ones(P<0.05).It in- dicates excessive or normal motility of empty stomach,and slow,deficient response of stomach to meal inall the diabetic patients. This kind of EGG changes in the diabetic patients were also found in the spleendeficiency patients,suggesting an association between diabetes and spleen deficiency syndrome.
