| 摘 要： | 产业结构的合理化水平和高级化水平映射了产业的科技水平，因此可以从产业结构角度评价产业的科技水平。文章研究了1996年以来我国制造业结构合理化水平和高级化水平，得出从表面上看我国制造业科技水平有了大幅上升，但是产业结构不合理，中间产品制造业技术水平比较低，高科技产业科技含量偏低，传统产业科技水平落后、经济效率差。

| Abstract: | The level of rationalization and advancement of industry structure reflects the level of industrial science and technology. This paper studies the level of rationalization and advancement of Chinese manufacturing since the year of 1996, reaching the conclusion that Chinese manufacturing science and technology has made big progress seemingly but the industrial structure is irrational, and that the technological level of intermediate manufacturing is comparatively low, moreover, the science and technology content in high-tech industry is low and the science and technology in traditional industry is slow, with poor economic efficiency. |
