| 摘 要： | 居民电子健康档案信息作为信息的一种,在网络时代很容易受到侵犯。本文对居民电子健康档案信息隐私权的问题进行分析,提出保护居民电子健康档案信息的必要性,完善保护居民电子健康档案信息隐私权的建议。
