| 摘 要： | 目的观察舒络对中动脉缺血-再灌注大鼠的保护作用及冰片对此保护作用的影响。方法复制大鼠中动脉缺血-再灌注模型,分别以舒络及舒络＋冰片对各组模型大鼠进行干预,在给药后观察行为学、脑梗死率、脑指数、脑含水量等指标,并进行病理学检查。结果舒络可改善动物的神经行为学评分,明显降低动物的脑梗死率、脑指数、脑含水量;减轻缺血-再灌注对大鼠脑组织病理学损伤。而舒络＋冰片干预对各指标的改善作用更加明显。结论舒络具有干预抗脑缺血-再灌注损伤的作用,而冰片能增强其作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe protection of Shuluo to MCAO rats and borneol＇ s effect. Methods Copy the model of middle cerebral artery occlusion in rats and observe the ethology, and interfere in the rats with Shuluo and Shuluo ＋ borneol respectively, then observe the ethology, cerebral infarction rate, cerebral index, cerebral moisture and tissus were examined. Results Shuluo can improve the neuroethology, decrease the cerebral infarction rate, cerebral index, cerebral moisture and the damage of cerebral isehemia. The borneol can increase the protective effect. Conclusion Shuluo can decrease the cerebral ischemical repeffusion injury, and bomeol can strengthen its effect. |
