摘    要:目的探讨多元化教学法促进诊断学临床见习教学的作用。方法针对传统的诊断学临床见习教学存在的问题,在见习前做好学生的动员工作,在诊断学临床见习的带教中应用病例引入教学法、PBL教学法、学生自己体检和教师示教相结合法、互动式病例讨论法、多媒体教学等多元化的教学法。结果多元化教学法能调动学生学习的积极性,锻炼了学生的动手操作能力,有利于逐步培养学生的临床思维能力。结论多元化教学法改善了诊断学临床见习的效果。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the diversified teaching methods on clinical probation of diagnostics.Methods The diversified teaching methods including PBL,hands-on physical examination by students themselves combined with demonstration of teachers,interactive case discussion method and multi-media teaching method were performed in the clinical probation of diagnostics teaching.Results The teaching model mobilized the enthusiasm of students and improved the clinical thinking abilities of students.Conclu...
