| 摘 要： | 目的观察红花注射液治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效。方法将慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为治疗组（30例）和对照组（30例），治疗组采用红花注射液静脉滴注1次／d×14d；对照组采用丹参注射液静脉滴注1次／d×14d。用药前后查血尿素氮、血肌酐、尿量及纤维蛋白原。结果治疗组血肌酐明显下降，尿量明显增多，与对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论红花具有活血化瘀作用，对慢性肾衰竭有较明显的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect of safflower injection on the treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods 60 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into the treatment group (including 30 patients)and the control group(including 30 patients).Patients of the treatment group were given safflower injection for 14 days,and patients of the control group were given Radix Salviae Miltiorrhiae injection for 14 days. Results Compared to those in the control group,The levels of serum creatinine(Scr)decreased significantly,and the urinary volume increased obviously in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion The safflower injection has the role of promoting blood flow,which is significantly effective on the treatment of chronic renal failure. |
