| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用健康信念模式进行健康教育 ,改善AMI病人的焦虑状态。方法将 6 0例AMI患者随机分为实验组和对照组 ,分别采取应用健康信念模式进行健康教育和常规健康教育方法 ,分别于教育后 1周、2周进行评定。结果两组病人的焦虑状态于 1周、2周在统计学上差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论应用健康信念模式能有效地改善病人的焦虑状态 ,减轻患者的思想压力 ,提高病人的生存质量 ,促进疾病康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the improvement of anxiety status for patient with acute myocardial infraction(AMI) through application of health conviction modeling.Methods 60 cases patients with AMI were randomly divided into experimental and control group,health education based on health conviction modeling and routine health education were conducted in the two group respectively.Evaluation were done one and two weeks after health education.Rusults There is significant different in patients'anxiety status in the two group( P <0 01) Conclusion Based on health conviction modeling,the patients'anxiety status and stress will be alleviated,and life quality will improved and recovery will be enhanced. |
