攀枝花市紧急救援指挥调度信息分析

目的分析攀枝花市院前急救指挥调度信息,旨在提高院前急救水平和指挥调度质量。方法对2008年1月至12月期间,攀枝花市＂120＂指挥调度中心受理的市民呼救病种构成、日呼救高峰时段等资料进行分析。结果全年受理的7391次市民呼救中,呼救病种的构成前四大类依次是：交通伤（32.67%）、除交通伤外的其它创伤（23.61%）、一般内科疾病（17.59%）、心脑血管病（9.74%）。日呼救高峰时段主要集中在18：00～24：00（31.39%）。全年呼救高峰期在1、2、5、8、10月。结论攀枝花市院前急救的主要病种是创伤（56.28%）,应重视创伤的急救,提高院前急救水平。在呼救的高峰时期,要作好人员、物资准备,加强质量控制,提高指挥调度水平。

Information Analysis of Command and Dispatch System for Emergency Rescue in Panzhihua City

Objective To analyze the information of command and dispatch system for emergency rescue in Panzhihua City so as to raise the level of pre-hospital rescue,command and dispatch.Methods An analysis was made to the data of disease types that the 120 Command and Dispatch Center of Panzhihua City received from the citizens and the peak period of holler in one day from Jan.,2008 to December,2008.Results 7391 hollers were accepted,and the top 4 types of the hollers listed as follows：traffic injury （32.67%）,other kinds of trauma （23.61%）,general medical diseases （17.59%） and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases （9.74%）;the main peak period in one day distributed from 18：00 to 24：00 （31.39%） while that in one year distributed in January,February,May,August and October.Conclusions The main disease in pre-hospital rescue in Panzhihua City is trauma so that the trauma emergency rescue ability should be strengthened;it is important to have personnel and materials ready in peak period of hollers and to strengthen the quality control and raise the command and dispatch level.
