| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疱内插管负压吸引加人工气腹治疗巨型肺大疱肺功能及生活质量的变化。方法对18例巨型肺大疱患者进行治疗前后肺功能6、min行走距离(6MWD)测定,并用简易医学研究委员会呼吸困难评分标准和美国医学结局研究组研制的简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)标准对呼吸困难程度及生活质量进行评价。结果与治疗前比,治疗后用力肺活量(FVC)、一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)及6MWD均较治疗前增加(P<0.01);残气量(RV)、肺总量(TLC)及残总比(RV/TLC)均降低(P<0.01);呼吸困难分级下降(P<0.01);SF-36问卷评分增高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论疱内插管负压吸引加人工气腹治疗巨型肺大疱,可有效改善患者肺功能和生活质量。
