摘    要:目的:研究放射性125I粒子对兔面神经超微结构的影响,为125I粒子治疗腮腺癌提供依据。方法:分别将空壳粒子、一颗、两颗放射性125I粒子植入新西兰大耳白兔面神经周围,取相应面神经行透射电镜观察面神经超微结构变化。结果:空壳粒子组面神经见个别髓鞘中有空泡样改变,轴突无异常改变;一颗粒子组神经纤维变性,部分髓鞘板层结构分离;两颗粒子组髓鞘损伤较重,部分轴突消失。结论:放射性125I粒子对面神经的超微结构存在一定的损伤,其剂量越大面神经损伤的程度就越重,但在损伤的同时随着粒子剂量的衰减,损伤区域也有相应新生的神经纤维出现。

Study of 125 I Radioactive Particles on the Ultrastructure of Rabbit Facial Nerve

Abstract:Objective:To study 125I radioactive particles on the ultrastructure of rabbit facial nerve and to provide a certain basis for the treatment of parotid gland 125I particles.Methods:Shell particles one,and two radioactive 125I seeds were implanted white-faced New Zealand white rabbits.Around the nerve we took take the appropriate line of transmission electron microscopy observation of the facial nerve ultrastructural changes of the facial nerve.Results:The shell of the facial nerve group:we could see that the individual particle groups have vacuolated myelin changes in axonal no abnormal changes.A particle group had degeneration of nerve fibers,with some separation of myelin lamellar structure.Two particles group had myelin damage,with some axonal loss.Conclusion:The radioactive 125I particles have a certain injury to the nerve ultrastructure.The dose the greater the degree of facial nerve injury is heavier,but the injury also have a corresponding new nerve fibers.
