小儿肺炎支原体感染临床特点分析

目的:探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床表现特征及诊断治疗。方法:将儿科门诊2005年1~11月怀疑有MP感染的患儿3 865人,年龄从1月~16岁,进行咽部脱落细胞MPDNA检测或血中MP抗体检测。结果:有841人感染MP,MP感染率是21.7%,其中男21.1%,女22.6%,男女性别比例无显著性差异;临床表现比较多样化,可伴随有多系统损伤;有的反复干咳,有的高烧不退,肺部体征不明显,但早期胸片有异常。结论:MP感染无并发症用大环内酯类抗生素治疗2-6周效果好。MP从体内清除要2~12周。

Incidence and Characteristics of Upper Respiratory Tract Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infections Among Outpatients

Objective:To detect the incidence and clinic characteristics of mycoplasma infection among outpatients.Methods:Between January and November 2005,to detect mycoplasma infection,polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and ELISA examine was used to examine clinical samples from 3865 children with upper respiratory tract infections.Results:Mycoplasma infection was detected in 841 children.The rate of MP in male was 21.1% and female was 22.6%.No statistically significant difference was detected between rates of infections in the different sexual groups.Clinic characteristics of presented group was diversification.Conclusion:This study detected the incidence of mycoplasma infection from nasal swab specimens and serological diagnosis in outpatients with acute respiratory infections,confirming its high prevalence and the presence of large outbreaks due to this pathogen.
