软衬材料对全口义齿满意度影响的临床观察

目的:探讨自凝硅橡胶软衬材料对全口义齿患者满意度的影响。方法:选择20例因牙槽嵴条件差而导致下颌总义齿固位不良或压痛的患者,使用SofrelinerMS自凝硅橡胶软衬材料在口内衬垫,于衬垫前和衬垫后1周,3个月,6个月用满意度问卷调查患者,SPSS10.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果:软衬材料使用前和使用后比较,在固位效果、咀嚼功能、舒适度方面的满意度有显著差异(P<0.01),软衬后6个月的固位效果和咀嚼功能满意度低于3个月(P<0.05)。结论:对因牙槽嵴条件差而导致的下颌全口义齿固位不良或压痛,使用SofrelinerMS软衬材料可以提高其义齿使用的满意度,但是软衬义齿戴用6个月后的满意度有下降趋势。

Clinical evaluation of soft denture liner material on satisfaction of complete denture

Objective:To investigate the effect of silicon rubber autopolymerizing soft denture liner on satisfaction of complete denture.Methods:20 edentulous patients with poor condition of mandibular residual ridge treated with complete denture were employed to assess the differences of satisfaction after Sofreliner MS was used in mandibular denture for one week,three months and six months by satisfaction questionnaire.The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS10.0 statistics software.Results:Before and after the use of soft denture liner satisfaction of complete denture was statistically different.Among three items of satisfaction,comfort,mastication,stability were significantly improved(P <0.01).Satisfaction of six months after wearing was lower than three months after wearing in stability and mastication.Conclusion:Sofreliner MS soft denture liner can be use to improve the satisfaction of edentulous patients with poor condition of mandibular residual ridge treated with complete denture.But satisfaction of six months after wearing was lower than that of three months after wearing.
