经阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌病的价值

目的:探讨经阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌病的临床价值和鉴别诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析阴道超声下51例子宫腺肌病的超声表现,所有病例均与手术及病理结果对照。结果:51例阴道超声提示中50例为子宫腺肌病,但其中1例合并子宫肌瘤误诊为合并子宫腺肌瘤,另1例子宫肌瘤误诊为腺肌瘤。经手术及病理证实,阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌病准确率为96.1%。结论:阴道超声诊断子宫腺肌病的准确率高,同时也是一种简便易行的方法。

The value of transvaginal sonography in the diagnosis of adenomyosis

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic and differential diagnostic value of transvaginal sonography for adenomyosis. Methods:51 cases of adenomyosis were reviewed based on the clinical and transvaginal sonography data,and the results were compared with pathology after operation. Results:51 cases were confirmed by pathology after operation,50 cases were adenomyosis,among them,1 case of adenomyosis with myoma of uterus was misdiagnosed as adenomyoma. And 1 case was myoma of uterus,but it was misdiagnosed as adenomyoma. The accurate rate was 96.1% in the diagnosis of adenomyosis. Conclusion:Transvaginal sonography is very accurate in the diagnosis of adenomyosis. It is also a simple and convenient method.
