龙岩市启用国家免疫监测信息管理系统后常规免疫报告质量分析

目的 评价龙岩市2004年启用“国家免疫监测信息管理系统”后常规接种率监测报告质量.方法 用差值评价法、比值评价法分析2004年度各县 （市、区）上报的常规免疫监测数据.结果 龙岩市2004年县、乡两级均能及时完成1年6次的监测报告工作,五苗报告接种率均在90%以上;估计接种率与报告接种率有一定偏差,7个县（市、区）5种疫苗判定为“可信”的只有5个;通过R值评价发现,报告的麻疹疫苗应种数明显偏少.结论 龙岩市2004年度常规免疫监测系统运转良好;用现行的运转模式很难提高常规免疫监测数据的准确性,需要推广使用儿童计划免疫智能卡信息管理系统.

Analysis on the Quality of Routine Immunization Report of Longyan City after Starting up the National Immunization Surveillance Information Management System

[Objective] To evaluate the quality of routine immunization report of Longyan City in 2004 after stating up the National Immunization Surveillance Information Management System.[Methods] Value difference evaluation and ratio evaluation were carried out to analyze the reported data of routine immunization surveillance.[Results] The reported immunization coverage rate of five vaccines was above 90%,but the reported immunization rate didn't accord with the estimated rate,only 5 out of 7 counties were reliable.The R-value evaluation indicated that the reported amount of measles vaccine obviously decreased.[Conclusion] The routine immunization surveillance system has been operated well in Longyan city in 2004.It is hard to improve the accuracy of the data collected from routine immunization surveillance;informational management system using capacity cards is recommended to be applied into the children's immunization program.
