橘红珠挥发油化学成分的分析

摘    要:目的研究橘红珠挥发油的化学成分组成及含量。方法将干燥的橘红珠粉碎,用挥发油提取器提取后加无水硫酸钠脱水,用气相色谱-质谱分析其化学成分组成及相对含量。结果橘红珠挥发油中主要含有柠檬烯(26.86%)、β-香叶烯(16.18%)、-萜品烯(15.63%)、大根香叶烯D(14.73%)、α-丁子香烯(4.10%)、橙花叔醇(2.68%)、α-蒎烯(1.31%)、β-蒎烯(1.24%)等,占挥发油总量的85.21%。结论橘红珠中含有丰富的挥发油及药用有效成分。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the chemical compounds and content of volatile oil in Citrus grandis Tomentosd.MethodsAfter the citrus grandis were crumbled,the volatile oil was extracted and dehydrated,their compounds and content were analyzed by GC/MS.ResultsThe main components are limonene(26.86%),beta-myrcene(16.18%),gamma-terpinen(15.63%),germacrene-D(14.73%),alpha-neoclovene(4.10%),nerolidol(2.68%),alpha-pinene(1.31%) and beta-pinene(1.24%),etc.These high content compounds are 85.21%of total of voatile oil.ConclusionThere are rich of volatile oil and effective constituent in Citrus grandis ball.
