心得安、呱唑嗪和硝苯吡啶分别治疗高血压病对国人血脂及脂酶活性的影响

观察用心得安(21例)、哌唑嗪(12例)和硝苯吡啶(18例)分组治疗高血压病治疗前后病人血脂水平及脂酶活性的变化表明:心得安可升高 TG、TC 及 LDL-C 水平,降低 HDL-C/TC 比值,抑制 LPL 活性;哌唑嗪升高 HDL-C水平及 HDL-C/TC 比值,降低 TG、TC 和 LDL-C 水平同时,增强 LPL 和H-TGL 活性;硝苯吡啶降低 TG、TC 和 LDL-C 水平。提示:长期应用利尿剂与心得安等β受体阻滞剂治疗高血压病不恰当,而哌唑嗪是目前治疗高血压病或高血压病合并高脂血症较好的药物。

A Study of Change of Blood Fat and Lipase Activity ofHypertension Disease patient Treated with Ideral,(?)razosin and N(?)fedipine

The change of blood fat lipase activity before and after inderal(21 cases),prazosin(12 cases),and nifedipine(18 cases)for the treatment of hypertension disease respectively showed:Inderal could increas TG,TC and LOL-C level,decrease HDL-C/TC ratio and inhibit LPL activity;prazosin could increase HDL-C level and HDL-C/TC ratio,decrease TG,TC and LDL-C level,enhance LPL and H-TGL activity;and nifedipine could decrease TG,TC and LDL-C level,it is indicated that diurectic and β acceptor blocking agent such as inderal for a long-term treatment of hyper tension disease is not suitable,but prazosin is now commended to treat hypertension disease or hypertension disease complicated with hight blood fat.
