| 摘 要： | 目的探讨使用微创内固定系统（LISS）治疗膝关节周围骨折的手术技巧和效果。方法通过闭合复位、LISS固定的方法治疗膝关节周围骨折11例。结果经3-20个月的随访，11例患者术后骨折复位、对线良好，全部骨折均达到临床愈合。无皮肤坏死、后期复位丢失、内固定松动或失效等并发症发生。结论LISS固定系统治疗膝关节周围骨折具有微创、固定可靠、术后恢复和骨折愈合快的优点，是膝关节周围复杂骨折的有效治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effect of less invasive stabilization system(LISS) in the treatment of complex fracture around the knee.Methods 11 cases of complex fractures around knee were treated with LISS after reduced indirectly.Results 11 patients were followed up from 3 to 20 months,with an average of 9 months.All patients got satisfactory reduction,fixation and bone union.No complication such as necrosis of incision, infection or instrument loosening was found.Conclusions Treatment of fracture around knee with LISS is characterized by minimally invasion,reliable fixation,rapid fracture healing and quick recovery after operation.LISS is an effective technique in the treatment of complex fracture around the knee. |
