消化性溃疡患者血流变学的研究

本文通过30例住院消化性溃疡患者的血液流变学各项指标测定,探讨了消化性溃疡时血液流变学变化及影响因素,测定结果表明,消化性溃疡的全血粘度,血球粘度,血沉较对照组均有十分显著的差异(P<0.01)。认为消化性溃疡病病人血液流变学有改变,这为探讨血液流变学在消化性溃疡中的作用,用血流变学理论指导治疗消化性溃疡病,为消化性溃疡诊断治疗又添了一种新方法。

Study on hemorrheology in patients with peptic ulcer

Indices on hemorrheology in 30 patients with peptic ulcer were measured.The alternations and the influential factors on hemorrheology in patients with peptic ulcer were studied.The results showed some indices of patients with the disease are significently different,compared to those of controls (P<0.01).It was considered that there were alternations on hemorrheology in the patients.All these findings provide another new method for studying the effects of hemorrheology on the disease,guiding its treatment of the disease using hemorrheological theory and treating and diagnosing it.
