加用益气活血法治疗慢性肺心病急性发作期的疗效观察

目的：为探讨益气活血中药对慢性肺心病急性发作期的疗效；方法：将５５例慢性肺心病急性发作期的患者随机分为两组，治疗组３０例，对照组２５例。对照组用内科常规处理方法，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用益气活血化瘀中药，１４ｄ为一疗程。对比观察各组患者用药前后的临床症状、体征、肺功能、动脉血气分析及血液流变学各项指标变化；结果：治疗组显效２０例（６６．７％），有效９例（３０％），无效１例（３．３％），总有效率９

OBSERVATION ON EFFECTS OF REPLENISHING QI AND PROMOTING BLOOD THERAPY DURING THE CHRONIC COR PULMONALE AT ACUTE ONSET PERIOD

objective :To explore the effect of herb medicine of Bu qi and promoting blood on the chronicor pulmonale at acute preiod patients.Methods:There are 55 chronic cor pulmonale cases were equally divided into two groups.30 cases in the treatment groups.the other served as control.In the control group were managements with medical routine therapy.On bases of routine ,treating and adding method chinese medicinal herbs of replenishing qi and promoting blood were evaluated 14days later and control respestively.The study was designed to investigate the changes of clinical syndrome ,physical ,sign,hemodynamics,pulmonry function and blood gas before and after the treatments by symptom,physical ,examination,impedance rheopneumogram,lung function examination and blood gas analysis .Results:Treatment group were significantly effective 20 cases(66.7%);effective 9 cases (30%);noneffective 1 cases(3.3%);the total rate being 96.7%.and control group sound were 10 cases(40%);9 cases (36%);6cases (24%);and the total rate was 76%.Both groups as compared the effective rate reveald significant difference(p0.05).Conclusion:It showed that this chinese drug has been increase the oxygenate and activating blood circulation.
