| 摘 要： | 目的了解杭州地区流动人口中肇事肇祸精神病人的基本状况及相应的防治策略。方法回顾性研究2000年至2003年我院收治的1286例住院精神病人,并进行统计分析。结果从2000年至今共收治流动人口肇事肇祸精神病人238例,并呈不断上升的趋势;他们在性别、年龄、婚姻、教育、职业及居住地分布方面与对照组均存在显著性差异(p<0.05);在疾病的诊断上与对照组也存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论杭州市应尽快把外来人口的精神病防治工作纳入当地的医疗工作中来。

| Abstract: | Objective: To understand the current epidemic situation of forensic psychotic patients among the floating population and the strategies for prevention and control in Hangzhou city.Methods: Statistical analysis of the 1286 cases form 2000 to 2003 in An Kang Hospital of Hangzhou retrospectively.Results:The total number of patients among the fluid population was 238 by the end of 2003, and the number seemed to increase over years. It was found that there were significant difference in sex, age, marriage, education, occupation, resident place and the diagnostic in forensic patients (p<0.05). Conclusion:The government should bring the work of the psychosis for prevention and control among the fluid population into the local medical work as soon as possible. |
