| 摘 要： | 目的探讨器械缝合法在肺切除术中闭合支气管残端的作用。方法回顾分析638肺切除术患者用器械缝合法闭合支气管残端的疗效。结果全组无支气管胸膜瘘发生,均顺利恢复。结论采用器械缝合法闭合支气管残端省时、安全,能减少术后并发症,明显提高手术疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess clinical outcomes of mechanical suture bronchial stump.Methods We retrospectively analyzed clinical outcomes of mechanical suture bronchial stump in 397 cases pulmonary resection.Results There was no postoperative bronchopleural or thoracic empyema in all patients.397 cases were all cured.Conclusion In the closure of bronchial stumps in pulmonary resections,stapler is reliable and timesaving,safe.It is possible to decrease postoperative complications of patients. |
