微血管减压术治疗脑神经血管压迫综合征43例临床分析

目的 探讨乙状窦后入路微血管减压术(MVD)治疗脑神经血管压迫综合征的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2009年6月～2011年6月应用MVD治疗脑神经血管压迫综合征43例(面肌痉挛21例,三叉神经痛20例,舌咽神经痛2例)的临床资料,对其治疗疗效进行分析.结果 20例三叉神经痛及2例舌咽神经痛患者术后疼痛立即消失,21例面肌痉挛患者中19例术后痉挛立即消失,2例术后3 d痉挛消失.未见听力下降、面瘫、眩晕、血肿及脑脊液漏等并发症.术后随访2～24个月,43例患者均无复发.结论 MVD治疗三叉神经痛、面肌痉挛及舌咽神经痛安全有效、创伤小、并发症少、复发率低.是目前治疗脑神经血管压迫综合征的最佳方法.

Clinic analysis therapeutic effect of microvascular decompression on 43 neurovascular compression syndromes

【Objective】To analyse therapeutic effect of microvascular decompression on neurovascular compression syndromes.【Methods】From June of 2009 to June of 2011,43 cases(21 facial spasm,20 trigeminal neuralgia,2 glossopharyngeal neuralgia) of neurovascular compression syndromes with treated by microvascular decompression were analyzed retrospectively.【Results】Pain was immediately abolition in 20 trigeminal neuralgia and 2 glossopharyngeal neuralgia,spasm was immediately abolition in 19 cases and 2 were abolition in 3 days post operation.There were no complication such as hearing low,facial palsy,dizzy,leakage of cerebrospinal fluid.No recurrence in 43 cases follow up in 2～24 months.【Conclusion】Microvascular decompression on neurovascular compression syndromes is preferred way with safety,minitrauma and low recurrence.
