摘    要:目的:介绍近年来固体制剂微环境pH(pHM)测定技术的最新研究进展。方法:对已有文献进行综合、分析与归纳。结果:固体制剂pHM的测定存在较高的技术难度与要求,目前有酸碱指示剂法、微型及表面pH电极法、共聚焦激光扫描显微成像技术和电子顺磁共振成像技术等。结论:pHM测定技术可为pH调节剂的筛选和pHM调控技术作用机制研究提供重要参考指标。

Abstract:Objective: To review the recent advances in the measurement techniques of microenvironmental pH(pHM) in solid dosage forms.Methods: The published reports were analyzed and summarized.Results: It is rather difficult to determine the pHM in solid dosage forms.The pH indicator,pH microelectrode,surface pH electrode,confocal laser scanning microscopy,and electron paramagnetic resonance imaging methods have been used in recent years.Conclusion: The measurement techniques of pHM are very important for the selecting of pH modifiers and the mechanism investigating of pHM modified technology.
