慢性农民肺(附5例报告)

目的 探讨慢性农民肺的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法 回顾性总结5例慢性农民肺的实验室诊断及临床诊断资料。结果 5例病例间接血凝试验和免疫转印技术检查均为阳性；均有霉草接触史和明显呼吸道症状，畏寒发热，双肺纹理增粗呈网状，肺通气功能障碍，血象增高。结论 慢性农民肺，可根据病史、霉草接触史、临床表现及胸片初步诊断，确诊须做间接血凝试验及免疫转印技术检查。

Case reports of chronic farmer''''s lung disease

Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of chronic farmer's lung disease (FLD). Methods Laboratory and clinical diagnostic data about 5 cases of FLD were summarized retrospectively. Results The indirect hemagglutination and immunoblotting tests were positive in 5 cases, all patients had contacted molded straw and their respiratory symptoms were obvious, patients had chilly, fever, increase of lung marking, ventilation disturbance. Conclusion FLD can be diagnosed preliminarily according to history of disease, molded straw contact, clinical manifestation and X-ray check, confirmed diagnosis can be made through indirect hemagglutination and immunoblotting tests.
