膀胱尿路上皮癌血管内皮生长因子的表达与微血管密度相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨膀胱尿路上皮癌血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达和微血管密度(MVD)及临床病理特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化sP法对54例原发性膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中VEGF进行染色,同时计数肿瘤内的MVD,观察VEGF的表达与MVD的关系。结果54例原发性膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中VEGF阳性表达率为61.1%(33例),在正常膀胱黏膜组织中未见表达。VEGF阳性组的MVD计数显著高于VEGF阴性组(P〈0.05),而且随着VEGF阳性表达的增强,MVD计数显著增加(P〈0.05);VEGF在癌组织中的表达随着肿瘤病理分级、TNM分期的增加和淋巴结转移的出现而显著增强(P〈O.05)。结论VEGF的异常表达与膀胱尿路上皮癌MVD增加及恶性进程有关,是判断膀胱癌预后有价值的指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between VEGF expression and MVD,clinicopathological features in bladder urothelial carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect VEGF in 54patients with primary bladder urothelial carcinoma and then counted the MVD in tumor,the relationship between VEGF expression and MVD was observed.Results The positive expression rate of VEGF in 54 patients with primary bladder urothelial carcinoma was 61.1%(33 cases),while there was no expression in normal bladder mucosa.MVD count of VEGF-positive group was significantly higher than VEGF-negative group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and along with the enhanced of VEGF expression,MVD count increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); the expression of VEGF in cancer tissues enhanced significantly along with the increase of tumor grade,TNM stage and occurrence of lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05).Conclusion The positive expression of VEGF was related with MVD and tumor malignant processes in bladder cancer,and it could provide valuable markers for the prognosis of patients.
