| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对急性ST段抬高心肌梗死（STEMI）患者心功能的影响.方法 随机将136例STEMI患者分为三组,分别给予不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗4周,比较三组患者左室射血分数（LVEF）、心排指数（CI）、左室舒张末期直径（LVED）、室壁运动积分（WMS）和B型利钠肽（BNP）水平.结果 三组患者治疗4周后LVEF、CI和WMS与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；治疗4周后,Ⅲ组的LVEF、CI和WMS均高于Ⅰ组（均P＜0.05）,Ⅲ组BNP水平较Ⅰ、Ⅱ组均有所下降（均P＜0.01）.结论 阿托伐他汀可以改善STEMI患者心功能,降低BNP水平,40 mg/d改善更明显.

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the impact of different dosage of atorvastatins on heart function in acute STEMI.Methods 136 STEMI patients were assigned into three groups with different doses atorvastatin.LVEF,CI,LVED,WMS and BNP were compared after treatment.Results There were significant changes in LVEF,CI,WMS after treatment compared with pre-treatment( all P ＜ 0.05).LVEF,CI and WMS in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than group Ⅰ ( all P ＜ 0.05 ).BNP was significantly decreased in group Ⅲ compare with others ( all P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusion Atorvastatin could improve heart function of STEMI.High dose(40mg qd) is more effective. |
