葛根提取物对肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响

摘    要:目的:观察葛根提取物对肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠80只,体质量180~220g,建立“二肾一夹”大鼠肾性高血压模型,将模型复制成功的大鼠随机分为4组。用血压测定仪测定给予葛根提取物前后大鼠尾动脉压的变化,并观察葛根提取物对高血压大鼠血清一氧化氮(nitricoxide,NO)含量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,葛根提取物组大鼠血压显著降低(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);而血清NO水平显著升高(P〈0.01)。结论:葛根提取物对肾性高血压大鼠血压的降低作用可能与升高血清NO水平有关。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of pueraria extract on blood pressure in renal hypertension rats. Methods: Eighty male SD rats, weighting 180-220 g, were induced to renal hypertension model by using method of two-kidney one-clip, and then the renal hypertension rats were randomly divided into 4 groups. The changes of rat caudal artery pressure were detected using sphygmoholometer before and after the administration of pueraria extract, and the serum levels of nitric oxide (NO) in all groups were assayed also. Results: Compared with that in model group, the blood pressure ingroups treated with pueraria extract was significantly decreased (P〈0.05, or P〈0. 01), while the serum levels of NO were significantly increased (P 〈0.01). Conclusion: The hypotensive effects of pueraria extract might be related with its increasing the level of NO in rats with renal hypertension.
