肾性高血压临床特点及治疗对策

目的观察肾性高血压的临床特点,分析肾性高血压与原发性高血压降压治疗异同。方法回顾性分析我院自2007年1月至2009年12月收诊的高血压患者,观察组均为确诊肾性高血压患者326例;对照组均为原发性高血压患者673例,对两组进行年龄、血压情况对比,并进行降压治疗。结果观察组平均年龄低于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,且〈20岁和〈30岁患者比率明显高于对照组,差异有非常显著性（P〈0.01）;观察组平均血压和高峰血压均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。观察组需使用静脉降压药物抢救治疗的65例（19.9%）;对照组45例（6.7%）。观察组需4种降压药物联合治疗的病人数186例（57.1%）;对照组90例（13.4%）。两组需要使用静脉降压药物抢救治疗和需要4种降压药物联合治疗方面有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论肾性高血压的危害大,应注重对患者血压的控制,应针对病情的不同选取不同的降压药物,并采用联合治疗的方法。

Clinical characteristics and treatment strategy of renal hypertension
