| 摘 要： | 经CT诊断高血压性脑出血100例。重点讨论了CT分型,即:①壳核外囊型;②丘脑内囊型;③混合型;④皮质下型;⑤脑干型;⑥小脑型;⑦原发脑室型。并对血肿破入脑室情况、血肿量与中线结构移位的关系等进行了简略分析。

| Abstract: | This article reports 100 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, which were comfirmed by CT. According to the anatomical lo cation of hemorrhage, hemotomas were classified into 7 types, such as putaminal external capsule, thalamic interna lcapsule, mixed, internal grey matter, brain stem, cerebellum, and primary ventricular type. we briefly analysed the cases with hemotoma breaking into ventricular of brain and studied the relation between the volume of hemotoma and shifting of the middle Iine structures as well as the prognosis. |
