自我管理训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的疗效

目的探讨自我管理训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法将118例慢性精神分裂症住院患者，随机分为观察组（59例）和对照组（59例），两组均进行系统的抗精神病药物治疗和一般的健康教育，观察组在此基础上实施自我管理训练，训练时间为6周，并随访半年。采用住院精神疾病患者康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）、阴性症状评定量表（SANS）和社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）对两组患者进行测评和对照比较。结果观察组患者出院前IPROS和SANS总分及分量表评分与入院时及对照组患者出院前比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；出院半年后，两组患者的SDSS评分比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论自我管理训练对慢性精神分裂症患者有较好的康复效果，能明显缓解患者的阳性症状，提高其社会功能，有利于患者的全面康复。

Effectiveness of Self-management Training in Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

Objective To study the effectiveness of self-management training on patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods A total of 118 chronic schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into an observational group(n=59) and a control group(n=59).Both groups received anti-psychotics and routine health education.The observational group also received a 6-week self-management training and both groups were followed up for 6 months.All the patients were evaluated by IPROS,SANS and SDSS scale and the resulted were compared between the 2 groups.Results The IPROS and SANS score of the observational group after treatment were significantly different from those before admission and those in the control group before discharging(all P<0.01).The SDSS scores were significantly different between the 2 groups 6 months after discharge(P<0.01).Conclusion Self-management training can effectively improve the rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia,remit the negative symptoms of Schizophrenia,and improve the social function of the patients,contributing to the overall rehabilitation of patients.
