| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究恩格菲联合顺铂治疗晚期肿瘤并发恶性胸水的作用。方法 :对我院诊治的恶性胸水患者 45例 ,用恩格菲联合顺铂作胸腔内注射 (A组 ) 2 3例 ,单独顺铂腔内注射 (B组 ) 2 2例 ,进行对照比较。结果 :A、B组有效率分别为 82 .6% ( 19/2 3 )、5 4.6% ( 12 /2 2 ) ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :恩格菲联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水优于单独应用顺铂。患者生活质量改善明显

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of combinative therapy of Natural Growth Factor (NGF) plus cisplatin (DDP) in treatment of advanced neoplasm and malignant pleural effusion.Methods23 patients in hospital suffering from malignant pleural effusion lately years were injected intrapleural NGF plus DDP (A group), and 22 patients in hospital in the former years were intrapleural injected DDP alone as controlled trial (B group). ResultsThe effective rates were 82.6%(19/23) and 54.6%(12/22) respectively, with the difference being significant(P<0.05). ConclusionsNGF plus DDP is better than DDP alone in treatment of advanced neoplasm and malignant pleural effusion., which has a little adverse reaction, better endurance and good life quality. |
