| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹泻患儿血中锌含量的变化。方法使用原子吸收分光光度法测定124例腹泻患儿和145例健康儿童血锌（Zn）含量。结果腹泻患儿血锌含量为（51.75±14.54）μmol/L,健康儿童血锌含量为（69.67±18.47）μmol/L,腹泻患儿童血锌（Zn）含量明显低于健康儿童,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论腹泻患儿血锌含量明显低于健康儿童,应对腹泻患儿进行血锌含量的测定,为临床治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the level of zinc content in serum of patients with diarrhea.Method Zinc content was determined using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer.124 children with diarrhea and 145 healthy children were studied.Result The serum zinc content in children with diarrhea（51.75 ±14.54）μmol /L was significanbtly lower than the healthy children（69.67±18.47）μmol /L（P0.01）.Conclusion The level of serum zinc content may be used as an indicator in the treatment of children with diarrhea. |
