深圳西乡2007-2009年腹泻患者中副溶血弧菌感染情况

目的掌握本地区腹泻患者中副溶血弧菌的构成,了解该菌流行季节及血清型的变迁趋势。方法采集在西乡医院就诊的腹泻患者粪便标本2 588份,对致病菌进行分离、培养和鉴定,并对分离出的585株副溶血弧菌感染年龄段、流行季节及血清学进行分析。结果副溶血弧菌是本地区的主要致病菌,阳性率以10～20岁年龄组最高,10岁以下的年龄组最低,且不同年龄组间阳性率差异有统计学意义（χ2=235.32,P〈0.001）。副溶血弧菌的发病率在秋季达高峰,血清型以03：K6为主。结论副溶血弧菌是本地区的主要病原菌,以03：K6血清型为主,3年均以秋季高发,易感人群以青壮年为主。

Current Situation of Diarrhea Cases Caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus from 2007 to 2009 in Xixiang District,Shenzhen City

Objective To master the composition of chief pathogenic bacteria of local diarrhea cases,and to know the tendency of seasonal fluctuation and the change of serotype of the pathogenic bacteria.Methods 2 588 stool samples of the outpatient cases were collected for separation,cultivation and identification of pathogenic bacteria.The age distribution,incidence season and serology of the cases which were infected by Vibrio parahaemolyticus were analysed.Results The chief pathogenic bacteria of local diarrhea cases were Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The positive rate of 10-to-20-years-old group was the highest,and the positive rate of the children not more than 10 years old was the lowest.The major serotype was O3：K6 and the high incidence season was autumn.Conclusion The chief pathogenic bacteria of local diarrhea cases was Vibrio parahaemolyticus.The major serotype was O3：K6 and the high incidence season was autumn.
