摘    要:对不同栽培类型药用菊花叶片主要活性成分进行分析,为进一步中药新资源开发利用提供依据.该研究以UV-VIS测定不同栽培类型药用菊花叶片总黄酮(TF)含量,HPLC测定木犀草苷(GA),槲皮苷(QU),绿原酸(CA),3,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(CQ)的含量.结果显示安徽歙县晚贡菊TF量最高为7.13%;安徽亳州大亳菊GA量最高为33.45 mg·g-1;江苏射阳红心菊QU量最高为29.25 mg·g-1;江苏射阳长瓣菊CA量最高为13.14 mg·g-1;浙江桐乡大洋菊CQ质量分数最高为7.35 mg·g-1.不同产地不同栽培类型药用菊花叶片中主要活性成分含量差异显著,且不同产地相同栽培类型之间差异亦显著,结果表明药用菊花叶片可以作为中药新资源开发的新来源.

Abstract:Leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium were potential medicinal resource. The present study aims to estimate the main bioactive components: total flavonoids (TF), galuteolin (GA), quercitrin (QU), chlorogenic acid (CA) and 3,5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (CQ), which were considered to be the main effective components, in leaves of C. morifolium cultivars in China. The TF content was estimated by UV-VIS spectrophotometry, while GA, QU, CA, and CQ were quantitatively determined by HPLC. The highest TF content (7.13% w/w) was found in cultivar Wan Gong (Shexian county). Cultivar Da Bo (Bozhou county) had the highest GA content (33.45 mg·g-1); Cultivar Hong Xin (Sheyang county) contained the highest QU content (29.25 mg·g-1); Cultivar Chang Ban (Sheyang county) had the highest CA content (13.14 mg·g-1). The maximum CQ content (7.35 mg·g-1) was observed in cultivar Da Yang (Tongxiang county). Different cultivars of C. morifolium had significant difference in components, but the leaf and capitulum of C. morifolium. were found to possess similar chemical compositions. The high content of bioactive components in several cultivars suggested the potential utilization of C. morifolium leaves.
