自血穴位注射治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

采用自血穴位注射治疗慢性荨麻疹３８例，取得治愈率７６．３％，愈显率９２．１％。随机设针灸对照组（取穴与治疗组同）３８例进行对比。结果表明，治疗组愈显率明显优于对照组（０．０１＜Ｐ＜０．０５）。

Observation on Therapeutic Effects of Autohemo-injection into Points on Chronic Urticaria

The points selected were divided into three groups.Group A:Quchi(LI 11) and Xuehai(SP 10);Croup B:Dazhui(GV 14) and Sanyinjiao(SP 6);Group C:Zusanli(ST 36) and Dachangshu(BL 25).6-9ml blood drawn from the elbow vein was mixed with 0.6-0.9ml of 2.5% sodium citrate and stirred.After needling sensation had been obtained the mixture was immediately injected into the points with 1.5-2.25 ml for each point.The treatment was employed once a week.One group of points were used each time and the three groups of points were alternatively selected.Using this method 38 cases were treated and another 38 cases were treated with acupuncture at the same points.The cured plus markedly effective rate in the two groups were 92.2% and 68.4% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups statistically(p<0.05).It suggests that the therapeutic effect of autohemoinjection into points is batter than that of simple acupuncture.
