淀粉样物质沉积症中异物型多核巨噬细胞反应的病理学意义

应用组织化学免疫组织化学方法，对８例伴有异物型多核巨噬细胞反应的淀娄样物质沉积、症进行了研究。结果表明，８例均为原发性（ＡＬ型蛋白）淀粉样物质沉积症，局部反应的巨噬细胞和异物型多核巨噬细胞内的淀菌酶含量较正常减少，提示异物型多核巨噬细胞反应，可能是淀粉样物质沉积严重和机体清除淀粉样物质的能力下降的一种形态学表现。

Morphological Significance of Foreign Body Giant Cell Reaction to Amyloid Substances in Amyloidosis

Eight cases of amyloidosis with foreign body giant cell reaction are reported.Amyloid substances were fund in the cytoplasm of foreign body giant cell and amyloid light chain protein were identified in all the cases.Immunohistochemical result showed that there was less of lysozyme in the cytoplasm of macrophages and foreign body giant cells which reacted to amyloid substances as compared with those in the normal controls.The results suggest that the appearance of the foreign body giant cells is morphological evidence of reaction to massive amyloid drposition and indicates hypofunction of macrophage on clearing amyloid substances from the organ.
