摘    要:目的评价大连市某体检机构医用X射线诊断机房建设项目职业病危害控制效果,为该机构预防和控制职业性放射性疾病的发生提供相关建议;判断该机构放射防护设施是否达到了竣工验收的条件,为卫生行政部门提供审批依据。方法依据国家有关法规、标准、规范,根据建设单位提交的放射卫生专篇、设计图纸等材料与资料以及对该项目进行的现场调查和现场放射防护检测(验证监测)结果,进行综合性分析。结果机房防护设计和措施合理、有效,周围辐射水平均在0.02~0.10μSv/h(仪器本底水平、未测出)之间,2名放射工作人员2013年第1季度的个人剂量检测结果均小于0.1mSv,职业健康检查结果为“可以继续从事接触X射线工作”。结论该项目能够做到有效控制由该项目X射线所产生的放射性职业病危害因素对人员的危害,能够有效预防和控制职业性放射性疾病的发生,放射防护设施基本达到了竣工验收的条件。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in construction project of medical X-ray diagnostic room in a physical examination institution of Dalian City, provide relevant advice for the prevention and control of occupational radi- ation diseases, determine whether the radiological protection facilities has reached the acceptance conditions, and offer a basis for examination and approval of health administrative department. [ Methods ] According to the relevant national laws, regulations, standards and specifications, a comprehensive analysis was conducted to investigate the radiological materials such as paper, design drawings and data, which the construction unit submitted, as well as the results of field investigation and field test on radiological protection ( validation monitoring). [ Results ] The protection design and measures of X-ray room were reasonable and effective. The radiation levels around the room were between 0.02 μLSv/h and 0. I0 IxSv/h, which was the background level of the instrument. The individual dose results of two radiation workers in the first quarter of 2013 were lower than 0.1 mSv, and the occupational health examination indicated that they can continue to engage in the work of X-ray exposure. [ Conclusion] This project can effec- tively control the damage caused by occupational hazards of X-ray radiation, and can effectively prevent and control the occupational radiation diseases. The radiological protection facilities have basically reached the conditions of completion inspection and accept- ance.
