摘    要:目的调查电子加工业的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,提出防护对策,切实保护从业人员的身体健康。方法通过现场职业卫生学调查,按照生产工艺流程,对工作场所中主要职业病危害因素进行检测分析。结果该公司以生产电感线圈为主,主要职业病危害因素为铅烟、苯及苯系物、噪声,所测各项卫生学指标中,甲苯超标率为30%,二甲苯超标率为29%,主要分布在浸漆、刷胶岗位。结论电子加工业中职业危害因素较多,其中浸漆、焊锡、刷胶岗位危害较重,应采取有效职业防护,并定期开展职业病危害因素监测,组织从业人员进行职业健康检查,完善职业健康监护档案。

Abstract: Objective]To investigate the occupational hazards and its extents of in electronics industry, to put forward the protec- tive countermeasures, and effectively protect the health of employees. Methods]Through the on-site occupational hygiene investi- gation, in accordance with the production process, the main occupational hazards in workplace were detected and analyzed. Results] The enterprise' s main production was inductance coil, the main occupational hazards included lead fume~ benzene and toluene, xylene and noise. In the hygiene indexes of measuring, toluene exceed the standard rate of 30%, xylene exceed the stand- ard rate of 29%, mainly distributed on the paint dipping and brushing glue position. Conclusion] There are more occupational hazards in electronics manufacturing industry, dipping paint, solder and brushing glue are especially severe. It is necessary to take effective occupational protection measures, to carry out regular occupational hazards monitoring, to implement occupational health inspection among workers, and improve the occupational health archives.
