贵州省凯里市高危人群梅毒螺旋体抗体检测结果分析

目的了解贵州省凯里市高危人群梅毒螺旋体感染情况。方法采用梅毒螺旋体抗体酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对到黔东南州疾病预防控制中心门诊就诊者进行梅毒抗体检测。结果 2007—2012年共检测324份血清,梅毒抗体阳性193例,阳性率59.57%。女性梅毒抗体阳性率明显高于男性（Ρ〈0.01）。18-50岁年龄段的就诊人数及梅毒抗体阳性人数最多,阳性率也较高（仅次于61岁以上年龄组）。结论该市梅毒的传播严重地影响了妇女儿童的身心健康。应采取加强健康教育和健康促进等综合防控措施,以控制梅毒传播。

Analysis on the testing results of Treponema pallidum antibody among high-risk population in Kaili City of Guizhou

[Objective]To learn the infection status of Treponema pallidum among high-risk population in Kaili City of Guizhou. [Methods]By using ELISA,the Treponema pallidum antibody was tested among outpatients who have visited the Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Qiandongnan Prefecture.[Results]A total of 324 serum samples were tested from 2007-2012,and 193 samples were positive for Treponema pallidum antibody,with the positive rate of 59. 57%. The positive rate in females was significant higher than that in males（ P〈0. 01）. People aged 18-50 years old accounted for a large proportion of outpatients and patients with positive antibody,while the positive rate was high relatively,which was preceded only by over 61 year-old age group. [Conclusion]The spread of syphilis has a serious impact on the health of women and children in Kaili City. It is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control measures of health education and health promotion to control the spread of syphilis.
