2005—2012 年福州市城区居民慢性病死亡原因

目的了解福州市城区居民慢性病死因分布，为慢性病的预防、控制措施的制定提供依据。方法采用人户调查的方法，按ICD一10的标准和方法进行死因分类，对福州市2005--2012年城区居民慢性病死亡情况进行全面分析。结果2005--2012年福州市城区居民慢性病平均死亡率为377．19／10万（标化死亡率261．95／10万），男性高于女性；前5位死因依次为恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、糖尿病。结论慢性病是威胁福州市居民的主要死亡原因之一，应根据不同人群的特点，采取综合性干预措施，预防或减少慢性病的发生。

Causes of death from chronic diseases among residents in Fuzhou City from 2005-2012

[ Objective ] To explore the distribution in causes of death from chronic diseases among residents in Fuzhou City, provide basis for making the prevention and control measures of chronic diseases. [ Methods ] By the household survey, the standards and methods of ICD-IO were applied in the death classification, to comprehensively analyze the causes of death from chronic diseases a- mong residents in Fuzhou urban area from 2005-2012. [ Results] During 2005-2012, the average mortality rate due to chronic disea- ses among residents in Fuzhou urban area was 377.19/lakh （ standardized mortality rate was 261.95/lakh）, while the mortality rate in males was higher than that in females. The top five causes of death from chronic diseases were malignant tumors, cerebrovascular diseases, heart diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and diabetes. [ Conclusion] Chronic disease is one of the main causes of death which threatens residents~health in Fuzhou City. It is necessary to implement the comprehensive intervention measures according to the characteristics of different populations, to prevent and reduce the incidence rate of chronic diseases.
