2012年惠州市某区旅店业公共用具用品卫生状况调查

目的了解惠州市某区旅店业公共用具用品的卫生状况，为制定有效的监督管理措施提供科学依据。方法2012年，对惠州市某区各类旅店业公共用品的卫生状况进行调查。结果2012年共检测旅店432家，合格的312家，总合格率为73．6％。其中星级宾馆156家，合格率为82．1％；普通旅店及招待所276家，合格率为68．8％。两者合格率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。所抽检样品中，拖鞋及坐厕合格率最低；细菌总数和大肠菌群之间呈正相关。结论该区旅店业公共用具用品卫生状况总体良好，部分物品存在较严重的隐患，应针对薄弱环节采取针对性干预措施，提高旅店卫生水平，以保障广大消费者的身体健康，加强用具用品消毒工作仍是目前公共场所卫生监督管理的重点。

Survey on sanitary conditions of public supplies in hotel industry of a district in Hnizhou City in 2012

[ Objective ] To understand the sanitary quality of public supplies in hotel industry of a district in Huizhou City, provide scientific basis for the development of effective supervision and management measures. [ Methods] The sanitary conditions of public supplies collected from various types of hotel in a district in Huizhou City were investigated in 2012. [ Results] A total of 432 hotels were tested, and 312 were qualified, with the qualified rate of 73.6%. The qualified rate of 156 star-rated hotels was 82. 1%, while that of 276 normal hotels and boarding house was 68.8%, and the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05 }. The qualified rates of slippers and toilet seats were the lowest. There was a positive correlation between total bacterial count and coliform bacteria. [ Conclusion]The sanitary condition of public supplies in hotel industry is good in this district, but the serious problems are ob-served in some articles. It is important to take the targeted interventions according to weak links, to improve the health level of ho-tels, and protect the health of consumers. At present, the disinfection of equipments and supplies is still the key point of health su- pervision and management in public places.
