如皋市幼托机构食品卫生状况调查

目的了解如皋市幼儿园食堂卫生安全现状，为制定相应的管理对策及监督执法提供指导依据。方法对全市59所幼儿园进行现场调查、监测。结果餐饮许可证持证率为100％，从业人员健康证持证率为91．3％。餐（饮）具检测合格率农村幼儿园较城镇低，小型幼儿园检测合格率较大中型低，差异有统计学意义（X^2=5．36，P〈0．05；X^2=24．44，P〈0．01）。食品从业人员食品安全知识抽查合格率不高，仅为78．0％，特别是农村幼儿园（72．0％）低于城镇（90．0％）的合格率。结论幼托机构食堂卫生管理存在隐患，部分食堂卫生设施不完善，使用率不高，应全面加大对幼儿园食堂的监管，确保幼儿食品安全。

Survey and analysis on status of food hygiene in kindergartens in Rugao City

[ Objective ] To understand the status of food hygiene in kindergarten canteens in Rugao City, provide guidance basis for making the management measures and implementing the supervision. [ Methods ] The on-site investigation, monitoring were per- formed in 59 kindergartens of Rugao City. [ Results] 100% of kindergartens had the catering license, and 91.3% of employees had the health certificate. The qualified rate of tableware in rural kindergartens was lower than that in the urban kindergartens, while the qualified rate of detection in small-sized kindergartens was lower than that in the large and medium-sized kindergartens, and the differences were statistically significant （ X2 = 5.36, P 〈 0.05 ; X2 = 24.44, P 〈 0.01 ）. The qualified rate of food safety knowledge among employees in the spot check is only 78.0%, and the qualified rate in rural kindergartens 172.0% ） was lower than that in the urban kindergartens （90.0%）. [ Conclusion] There are hidden troubles of health management in kindergarten canteens, the sanitation facilities are imperfect in some kindergarten canteens, and the utilization rate is not high. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision in kindergarten canteens, to ensure the food safety in children.
