2012年北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员健康检查结果

目的了解2012年北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员健康检查结果。方法采用北京市公共卫生信息管理系统，对昌平区2012年从业人员健康检查结果进行统计分析。结果预防性健康检查92466人，共检出从业禁忌证患者144人，检出率0．156％。其中甲型肝炎（甲肝）抗体阳性者1人，占0．69％；戊型肝炎（戊肝）抗体阳性者1人，占0．69％；活动性肺结核139人，占96．53％；化脓性或渗出性皮肤病3人，占2．08％；未检出伤寒／痢疾患者；活动性肺结核检出率最高，其中本埠与外埠检出率分别为0．055％和0．180％，两者差异有统计学意义（x。=353．31，P〈0．01）。结论在所检测的传染病中，活动性肺结核检出率居首位，其次是化脓性及渗出性皮肤病。对食品和公共场所行业从业人员应坚持1年1次的健康检查，对传染病检出的从业人员调离相关岗位。

Analysis on results of physical examination among employees in food services and public places in Changping District of Beijing in 2012

[ Objective] To know the resuhs of physical examination among employees in food services and public places in Changping District of Beijing in 2012. [ Methods ] By using the Beijing Public Health Information Management System, results of physical examination among employees in Changping District in 2012 were analyzed statistically. [ Results] A total of 92 466 employees have received the preventive health examination, and 144 employees had the professional contraindications, with the detection rate of 0. 156%. There was 1 case of positive antibody to hepatitis A （0.69% }, 1 case of positive antibody to hepatitis E （0.69% }, 139 cases of active tuberculosis （96.53% }, and 3 cases of suppurative or exudative skin diseases （2.08%）. The typhoid/dysentery was not found. The detection rate of active tuberculosis was the highest, that in local employees and nonlocal was 0. 055% and 0. 180% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （ X^2 = 353.31, P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Among the detected infectious diseases, the detection rate of active tuberculosis is the highest, followed by suppurative or exudative skin diseases. The physical examination should be carried out among employees in food services and public places annually, and employees with infectious diseases should leave the related posts.
