2013年焦作市维持无脊髓灰质炎状态风险评估

目的评估焦作市2013年脊髓灰质炎（脊灰）野病毒（wild poliovirus,WPV）输入传播的风险,为维持无脊灰状态提供依据。方法收集人群免疫情况、急性弛缓性麻痹（acute flaccid paralysis,AFP）病例监测等资料,按照WPV输入传播风险评估工具的分级判定标准,对每一项二级指标进行评分,运用加权法计算风险值（R）。根据R值进行风险评估,R〈0.25为低风险,0.25≤R〈0.75为中风险,R≥0.75为高风险。结果焦作市2013年WPV输入传播的风险值（R）为0.20。10个县中,沁阳市、博爱县和马村区R值分别0.28、0.27、0.25,其余县的R值均〈0.25。结论焦作市2013年WPV输入传播风险为低风险,需要全面加强免疫规划工作管理,落实维持无脊灰各项措施,提升及时识别、发现WPV病例和疫情应对能力。

Risk assessment of maintaining Polio-free status in Jiaozuo City in 2013

Objective ] To estimate the risk of import and transmission of wild poliovirus （ WPV ） in Jiaozuo City in 2013, provide the basis for maintaining polio-free status. Methods] The data of immunization and surveillance of acute flaccid paralysis （AFP） case were collected, According to the classification decision criteria of risk assessment tool on WPV import and transmission, every two level indexes were scored, and the risk value {R） were calculated by weighted method. Then the risk assessment was conducted according to the R, R 〈 0.25 was low risk, 0.25 ≤ R 〈 0.75 was medium risk and R ≥ 0.75 was high risk. Results ] The R of WPV import and transmission in Jiaozuo City in 2013 was 0.20. In 10 counties, the R of Qinyang City, Boai county and Macun District were 0.28, 0.27 and 0.25 respectively, and the R of other counties were all 〈0.25. Conclusion] Risk of WPV import and transmission in Jiaozuo City in 2013 was the low risk. It is essential to strengthen the management of immunization program, implement various measures of maintaining polio-free, promote the ability of timely discovery WPV case and epidemic response.
