摘    要:目的通过了解中山市公共场所卫生状况,为加强公共场所卫生监督监测工作提供依据。方法依照《公共场所卫生监测技术规范》《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》《公共场所卫生标准》和《公共场所用品卫生标准》,对中山市2008—2012年公共场所委托监测的结果进行统计分析。结果 2008—2012年中山市共开展公共场所室内环境监测365 737项次,合格率94.15%;其中以2010年监测合格率最低,为93.36%;候车室的监测合格率最低,为90.92%;温度、相对湿度、照度、噪声的合格率较低,分别为85.61%、75.65%、88.83%、85.30%。公共场所公共卫生用品大肠菌群合格率(99.43%)高于细菌总数合格率(97.29%);文娱场所的细菌总数合格率最低,为93.39%。结论需加强候车室、文娱场所的卫生监管力度,加强公共场所从业人员的培训,提高全市公共场所的卫生水平。

Abstract: Objective] To understand the sanitary conditions of public places in Zhongshan City, provide basis for strengthening the work of supervision and monitoring in public places. Methods] According to "Technical specifications for health monitoring in public place", "Standard test and monitoring methods of public place hygiene", "Hygienic standards for public place" and "Hygienic standards of articles in public place", the monitoring results of public places in Zhangshan City from 2008-20ll were analyzed. Results] There were 365737 indoor environment monitoring in public places in Zhongshan City from 2008-2012, the quali- fied rate was 94. 15%. The qualified rate in 2010 was lowest ( 93. 36% } ; the qualified rate in waiting room was lowest (90. 92% ) ; and the qualified rate of temperature, relative humidity, illumination and noise were lower (85.61%, 75.65%, 88.83% and 85.30% , respectively). The qualified rate of coliform of public articles in public place was higher than that of total bacteria count, which was 99.43% and 97.29% respectively. The qualified rate of total bacteria count in plaee of recreation and culture (93.39%}. Conclusion] We should enhance the surveillance in waiting room and place of recreation and culture, strengthen the training of personnel working in public places, and improve the health level of public places in Zhongshan City.
