摘    要:目的调查隆林县各类食品受微生物污染情况,为预防食源性疾病提供依据。方法按照2011和2012年国家食源性疾病监测工作手册进行采样和检测。结果两年共检测样品182份,总合格率为79.67%。28份鲜榨果蔬汁检出致病菌6株,检出率为21.43%;32份婴幼儿辅助食品中检出致病菌4株,检出率为12.5%。米粉米线盒饭和鲜榨果蔬汁的大肠菌群、糕点饼干和熟制米面制品的霉菌合格率低。结论隆林县抽检的食品受微生物污染严重,应加强对各类食品微生物污染的监测,并采取相应的预防控制措施,防止食源性疾病的发生。

Abstract:: Objective ] To investigate the status of microbial contamination in food in Longlin County, provide the scientific basis for preventing the food-borne diseases. Methods ] The sampling and detection were conducted according to the National food-borne dis- ease monitoring handbook in 2011 and 2012. Results] A total of 182 samples were detected in 2 years, and the qualified rate was 79.67%. 6 strains of pathogens were found in 28 samples of fruit and vegetable juices, with the detection rate of 21.43%, and 4 strains of pathogens were found in 32 samples of supplementary foods for infants, with the detection rate of 12.5%. The qualified rates of coliform group in rice noodle packmeal, and fruit and vegetable juices, as well as mould in cakes, biscuits and cooked rice and flour products were lower. Conclusion] The microbial contamination in food samples in Longlin County is serious. It is neces- sary to strengthen the monitoring of microbial contamination in all kinds of food, and carry out the related prevention and control measures, to prevent the food-borne diseases.
